21 Ways to Raise Your Vibration: A Workshop
As the Spring Equinox approaches, we find ourselves standing at the threshold of change. Think about how nature awakens, blossoms, and transforms. You understand this feeling—the urge to grow, renew, and begin anew. It’s a chance for us to rediscover who we are and who we want to become.
Have you ever noticed how a simple shift in perspective can open up a world of possibilities? This season, let’s explore new ways to raise our vibration and align with the Universal Flow. Picture yourself opening up to the fullest version of you, like a flower reaching for the sun. What would that look like for you? What life would you attract?
Reflect on these questions and embrace the opportunity for growth. It’s time to step into the life you truly desire, with confidence and clarity. Remember, every new beginning holds the promise of something beautiful.

About your workshop host:
Angie Rosecrans has spent the last decade wandering the globe as an international yoga teacher, spiritual explorer, and a student of life’s often bewildering and breathtaking lessons. Her journey has led her to ashrams in India, fasting in jungle huts in Indonesia, trekking though the Himalayan’s of Nepal and walking on cobble stone roads across Europe on the Camino Trail. These experiences not only helped give a new perspective on the meaning of life but also learning from teachers and cultures. She is happy to share some of these teaching gleaned from her travels with the URU Yoga community!
